If you find the goods unsuitable or are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within three working days of receipt by email and return the goods to us within 10 working days unsoiled, in perfect condition, and where possible in their original packaging, we are happy to exchange or refund the value of the goods purchased. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return which should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your order reference number and details and sent to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become lost or damaged we do not compensate.
If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is less than the one you are returning, we will refund the difference. If the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment of the balance will be required.
The above does not apply to made to measure clothing where we have specific arrangements to deal with alterations should this be necessary (see FAQ's).
We are sorry, but the lengths of tweed that we supply cannot be returned.
